Silence is comfortable to me and I don't understand those of you who need noise 24/7

Sit in silence, sit still, just be.

For the religious its a good time to orient yourself back towards God as well.

For the non-religious it's a good time to calm your mind and allow your mind time to stop or at least slow down.
