is it the idea of Web of Trust relay? idk, saw this term for several times

Most of it already exists (nostr wine relay) except the for me most important part, perfect filtering based on my personal preferences.

i remember there was a relay that enables users to filter based on language for example

could be done with a relay that runs local LLMs. but how much are you going to pay :)

If it has all the features combinded then $10-20 per month.
