My third week of strategically included arms workout in every upper body session.

The current plan that I having an experiment is to manage the fatigue.

.

As I am trying to increasing my load in the compound movement, muscles mass, and the least possible injury occurrence way since I have imbalance in my posterior chain due to flatfeet condition, and my weak right ass.

While trying to fix the bio mechanics some necessary moves are needed to be included to lengthen some muscle and strengthen another's.

.

Muscle fatigue usually happens faster as you need to do more necessary exercises.

The Logic is so simple: Muscle fatigue --> less mind muscle connection --> less control over REM --> less gains/ more chance of injury.

Just keep that in mind then build workout plan based on it.
