but also from the cartels and aligned governments (china, iran, venezuela)
It’s also a lot easier to go after foreign adversaries for a few reasons: public opinion, dont have to deal with liberal activist judges blocking everything, and you can just blow them up.
Lastly, this isnt an either/or thing. We can and should do both.
