Ha I became a little too jolly and rotund over the holidays. Trying to get back on track. Yesterday fasted right around 21hr and did a lite 2 mile ruck with my family. You seem to be crushing it though. Congrats and keep it up

General plan: keep removing sugar, limit carbs, get less fat lol. I'm working on getting back to my burpee, pull up, stadiums routine. Trying to add more lite weight rucks in because my kids got skates for Christmas and are wanting to do that all the time now. I'm going to start looking for a rowing machine for the garage too

That sounds awesome. I find food changes work better for weight loss on my end then exercise. The exercises are to get me strong and for enjoying things more
