Have you tried the Copenhagen plank??

It’s more of a core exercise, but it has a leg component 😬😬

Never tried it. How is it different from a regular plank? Different leg positions ?

This plank goes crazy! Something to keep in mind: if you have instability in your adductors you won’t feel as much work on the core & may struggle to keep appropriate form
