I’m preparing for a 30 day gut cleanse, and I’m starting it with a 3 day bone broth fast.

Deep. Simple. Nourishing. 🕊️

Here’s how I made it:

1. I got beef bones from the butcher 🐄 and added chicken necks and skin 🍗

2. Roasted them in the oven for 30 minutes to release the flavors and awaken the nutrients 🔥

3. Boiled for 15 minutes, then poured out the water to remove impurities 💧

4. Added fresh water and a tablespoon of lemon juice 🍋 to unlock the collagen and minerals

5. Let it gently simmer for 14 hours… The magic is in the slow alchemy 12–24 hours is ideal ✨

6. At the end, I added vegetables and a pinch of salt 🥕🧂

This isn’t just about gut health.
