i dunno he also said some things that confused me such as "all of the gold in Buckingham Palace and the Vatican being taken back by the USA and put where it rightfully belongs".

Weird. Obviously, during WWII many European countries moved their gold to the US. But, I don’t think that’s what he is referring too.
