It is not that simple Inguess.

Take as example WW2 and put in charge of any side someone mentally unstable/ obsessed with overwhelming power in his country and this point on the curve will be probably in infinity.

Other scenario. Attacker is exhausted and seeks peace but the other side wants revenge at higher cost. This again pushes the end war point into higher cost areas.

What Bitcoin changes is that most of the conflicts might end at preparation phase when attacker realizes that he has no means to procure enough resources.

Obsession, revenge, and ego can push that limit to end an aggression further. But even with these factors, there’s a breaking point where the price or cost is too high to ignore.

Bitcoin obviously accelerates that by limiting funds, exposing real costs, and making war harder to hide and harder to sustain.
