My point was, just like on your device, using a warmer color reduces the amount of blue light that you’re exposed to and the last three in that picture comes in both, warm and cold color variations.
No clue why it says infrared, that would mean your device was emitting infrared, which it’s not.
If you want to see for yourself, look at your device through the camera of another device, infrared is visible with those. You’ll see the faceID cameras going off but nothing from the screen.
Ah looks like you made no implication of devices until now. I thought the context was lightbulbs or indoor lighting solutions.
It is about lighting, the same principle applies. I was using night shift as an example of how of a warmer color can be beneficial to your health and that the last three in that picture can be found on the other end of that spectrum as well

Respectfully, >99% of LEDs, bulbs or device-screen tech, do not contain infrared. So not that spectrum in the graphic.
Perhaps on your own spectrum of visible color only.
