You don't want the pedo to panic about the child possibly telling someone about the crime, then killing the child so there's no witness.
OP thinks that's a better fate for children who have been molested. That way the children don't have to live with the trauma of not being virgin.
Dogs don't speak, vote, or pay taxes. That's the only reason we don't imprison dogs for attacking people.
If you care so much about children and you think you have so much control over how the state treats child molesters, then why do you seem so scared that child molesters will convince people to let them go? This all seems like virtue signalling to me.
