Filing taxes is the worst. My payroll company messed up my W2 and now I have to wait until they correct it to file. Wondering if I have to file for an extension now. Anyone know?

If you owe you better file an extension!!!

Yeah I think I will fill one just in case. I expect a refund, but better to just have it filled correctly. I don’t want to have to file amended return

Exactly! Also lower the probability of an audit as well.
