For work related needs: there is web access to all o that.
Our own nextcould looks promising, will be tested.

Im doing degoogling first. Currently migrating Photos to Ente. From MS im using just Win so it will be very last.

without ms/google
Ente, Immich, nextcloud should be able to it that as well. Proton as well. But I have email on Proton already so dont want another vendor lock
