2. lower level content format

We are at most 33% there, I will say only 3.3% there.
Maybe Gemini protocol https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gemini_(protocol) is good enough for information sharing. Web is too bloated. So Nostr is better Gemini with ID + Payment + RSS.
