Given the truth of this statement, ask yourself: who am I meant to be with the time that I have left? A list of values will start to emerge – refine the list until you have 3-6 main values, and plan out the easiest incremental behaviour change that will move you one step towards your values. Notice how you feel afterward – make another incremental behaviour change towards your values. Repeat.
