No. That's total bullshit. Holding 0.1 bitcoin is like holding 0.1 bitcoin. And holding 10 Bitcoin is like holding 10 Bitcoin. And holding 100 Bitcoin is awesome but it's like holding 100 Bitcoin.

Reaching 0.1 #Bitcoin two cycles down the road will be as difficult as reaching 1 #Bitcoin next cycle , 10 #Bitcoin this cycle, 100 #Bitcoin last cycle and 1000 #Bitcoin the cycle before the last.
