Thinking deeply about what I want from 2024 ... Not goals per se, strategic focus areas ...

-My happiest month was October, I did 60+ minutes of activity everyday and it forced me to be outside more than the normal and I LOVED IT, thinking about how I can do this several months

-More ways to incorporate God into daily life. In 2023 I used the pause app to good effect, this year I want more so thinking though what else I can do ... Particularly with my family

-I want to do more intermittent fasting, thinking 18x6 most days with a couple 24 hour ones a month

-Restart work on my book, writing

-I averaged about two books a month in 2023, continue this

-fully transition to 530am wake up

That's what I have for now, what do you want to work in 2024?
