Playing with the 20-50 total carb per day range and monitoring my ketones. Yay for staying in ketosis, but could be higher. 0.9 mmol/L fasting ketone level this morning. I have had black coffee though. I don’t think that affects ketones?

Black coffee should be fine. It is typical to have a higher glucose and lower ketones in the early am. I believe it's called "the Dawn Effect".

Intermittent fasting can help you keep the numbers in a great place. We do coffee with some heavy cream in the am (gotta lolive a little), but often don't eat until noon or so.
