Replying to buffalo

As a bitcoin maximalist, I fully support the encryption upgrade fork once it's clear that it's needed.

I guess we are screwed if it happens really quickly and is by some malicious group.

But the upgrade process is unclear to me. Don't old coins need to move? What would happen to lost coins?

Why should anyone be upset about this post?

In a world where a president can force social networks to ban certain posts and posters, that, we are screwed scenario, seems inevitable.

I'd say about half of Bitcoin maximalists, exibit 'either you are with use or against us' behavior.

The 1984 stuff does seem to be accelerating. I've got some prepper stuff to work on this weekend. I figure if we get to that, I won't care about Bitcoin or sha256.

Im of the thought pattern that, unless you are of the elite, you won't be part of the future. Those left behind are mostly going to be fucked in ways that include lawlessness and inevitable death. But I guess that pattern is pessimistic 🤣
