Note taking:
nostr:npub1l6eva7lqf7fn79w6pqp5x64x9ja2emapevp67yn4hxkdz6s5yvxs3tdl44 suggested Obsidian as a way to organize an event last year. Was quite interested, but a steep learning curve.
Additionally nostr:npub1x458tl7h9xcxa66vr4a8pg0h2qz96pnhwnfpcra0le9090uk5t5qw7armt has suggested Bullet Journaling. Easier to learn and better for those that are more tactile.

I use Bullet Journaling for my day to day productivity, note taking, long form journaling, doodling, and planning.
I use Standard Notes for digital research, writing drafts for blog/book, and long term digital notes.
I still want to see an open source, E2EE collaborative wiki that looks and feels like Notion.
