I'm of 2 minds on this.

One is the privacy concern, this is a huge problem for citizens.

On the other hand look how the narative of the politicians and power brokers has been hampered by the growth of camera phones.

I would love to see a billion+ of these devices sending data to a decentralized data store like Nostr. Where competing companies take the raw video and cut up media stories. I would be messy but IMO better than the curated and controlled media we're given.

These glasses go to a company's central repository, but may they can be hacked to change were the feed goes or a competing product can be made. I have a sliver of hope that this can happen.
