Transactions prior to 2026 are not reported instantly, but you must do so if you are inspected.

As for robosats, what they asked you for is to prevent triangulation fraud. It is legitimate to request the issuer's details, such as the revtag or account holder.

And will you handle the p2p transactions? Can’t they also go after you because of those transactions ?

Well, just like any other peer-to-peer transactions you do in your daily life, it's up to you.
