One reason: Ppl have capital trapped in tradfi accts. Can’t take it out until retirement age. Must leave in said acct as fiat, or invest it from within same said fiat acct. what to do? invest trapped fiat into closest correlated thing (btc etf or btc treasury co), or invest in some uncorrelated fiat business (google, zuck, tim apple, nvda, etc). Otherwise, if capital not trapped and they go paper over btc, they might be regarded.
