I came here in search of a better option, where people can truly own their communication channels.
This matter is very personal to me. People in my area have been persecuted for decades, but everything gets censored because it's deemed a matter of 'national security,' leading every social media company to simply obey the government.
I am certain that this is happening in many places, and we may not even be aware of it. I really want to do something about it. 🫡

Nostr taught me that there is a lot of censorship happening, I see it now and I can’t accept that anymore. Grateful I am able to support it by simply using it, so the people you’re talking about, feel more secure and free with what they have to say.🙏🏼
