Modern money operates on trust — you trust the government to manage the monetary system, therefore you use it and work for their money. But do you really trust them?
People prefer convenience. The alternatives are not, sadly, convenient enough.

It is already almost convinient. Soon, Bitcoin will be used as Visa/Mastercard.
"almost" isn't there yet.
As I said, your can't convince people with almost. People will take convenience over better anytime.
