Thanks for the question, well starting at #39 I outline our four point plan in that there will be a education platform which will be 2000 hour long courses that are decided by concensus as 'mandatory' to be completed to access the democracy platform. think of it as completing high school, once you have each human will choose on naming day if they will keep there given name or choose another they come up with, then with that they access the democracy platform.
