Hey Neil. It looks like you're using Primal. All Zaps will go there. You can add money buy purchasing via Primal or send funds to your Primal wallet Lightning address.
WELL USING PRIMAL IS A GOOD START ... ITS THE BEST IN MY OPINION.
GO TO YOUR SETTINGS UNDER WALLET AND USE THE NATIVE PRIMAL WALLET...
