To clarify, a leading 0 is in the bit representation. The note id is showing in Hexadecimal, so each byte (8 bits of 0s) is 2 ascii character representation. So the beginning 00000770... hex is 00000000000000000000101110110000... in binary

Great! I actually like that more because it offers more granularity vs work required for a vanity pub key for example. I could definitely see it being a viable solution. A few seconds to post > spam, at least in the context of global.
