For a nation that swears by âtransparency,â we sure seem allergic to it whenever the narrative gets inconvenient. The CK shooting is starting to look less like an isolated tragedy and more like another entry in the governmentâs ever growing ledger of obfuscation and selective disclosure. i see several things manifesting themselves.
1 is that our law enforcement agencies have broken investigative culture. which accounts for alot of the obfuscation, and solicits conspiracy theories.
but there is another layer of actual details that is getting drowned out by all the wild conjectureâŚand it has to do with the shot, the caliber, eye witness accounts, and the wound that keeps bugging me.
Me too. Tomorrowâs âwild theoriesâ are todayâs forbidden facts. Suppressed footage, sealed files, missing evidence. First denied, then ridiculed, then quietly confirmed. The real conspiracy isnât the details; itâs the cover up instinct. Everything else is breadcrumbs.
