Seen people complaining that they have a live stream at the top of their app, deleted it

I rolled back to Amethyst 60.2 for now and waiting for an update that let's me remove the permanent stream notification.

Thanks. Until we can remove the notifacation or unsubscribe it's pretty annoying.

I love seeing livestreams getting implemented!

Don't love the news pinned to the top of my feed with no way to dismiss it or even select the stream. Keep up the good work, but we need ways for users to decide what they want to view, or opt out.

People don't like change. People like to complain. That said, giving people tools to remove something or opt out is best. This could be a preference in settings.

This. I actually love seeing the feature being added, but I don't want to have unresolvable Al Jazeera at the top of my client either. Great feature, but needs a bit on the UX side.
