Eh, it’s more a fund in which to deposit any unclaimed cryptocurrency than it is a strategic bitcoin reserve. It’s like saying just because the state sold a bmw in the impound yard they want a strategic German auto reserve. I don’t expect my AZ taxes to go down anytime soon from this, but I’d be happy to be wrong.
