Considering what nostr:nprofile1qqsdgydqmzwr2txzp6quttmqzdm90e3cql7dpw23627ecrmjk56c8acpzemhxue69uhhyetvv9ujuurjd9kkzmpwdejhgqgjwaehxw309ac82unsd3jhqct89ejhxqgwwaehxw309auk2um5wghx6eg4wjdj9 is making, and what I thought of in the past regarding mailing client on nostr, I'm wondering if it's a good idea to have a different nip for emails specifically? It'd be basically a DM but a different kind and other added bells and whistles for an email UX.

I'd imagine people want DMs for DMs and not for getting emails.

Email over nostr is cool but not sure why it would need a new NIP. When NIP05.social had email they just used redirects

Btw since you have a degmods nip-05, it sucks that degmods started originally to defend a pointless token of homophobia. In a god-loving world we would have started degmods originally as a place to back up llamaRCA's fallout mods

Aye it's mass DMs, just references it to remind of mass marketing emails, and hoping people don't use such a tool in place of emailing and similar purposes, so I'm hoping an email NIP becomes a thing.
