Unpopular opinion: American english is way better than British.

For me english is my second language and I like how Americans speak with clear diction.

British mumbling and thing we call “speaking with a hot potato in mouth” is sometimes so hard to grasp for me that I never grew fond of it.

Yet most schools are teaching british english here in Czechia and there is a clear obssesion with it.

I just don’t get it.
