Advice of the day for those in US.

Would not own real estate in a blue city or blue state. My advice would be deep, deep red areas only and only the least amount to make you happy. Too many attack vectors for physical property moving forward.

Otherwise I would just own digital property in cyber space. Clearly for me that is bitcoin. Just my 2 cents.

What is going on in Maui is weird.

My guess is government failure is playing a role due to the woke kind virus / brainwashing affects on blue politicians. Hawaii is a deep, deep blue state. Would not trust their politics a with my property. Of course everyone has their on opinion. Just mine and a thought for the day.
