It’s Norman Rockwell’s anti-fascism masterpiece, “Freedom of Speech” from 1943.
Tell me if you like it better in its other context, as a propaganda poster for the U.S. Office of War Information. 
Norman Rockwell and Ralph McQuarrie are two of my favorite artists.
I don’t know if any artist ever captured the feel of a certain time period in America better than Edward Hopper.
Never heard of Hopper but I am digging this style.
