It depends if you use it for recreation or if it has medicinal value to you.
Yeah. lately i been feeling like i just smoke it to smoke it. It doesnt even make me feel better. It just makes things intense and i feel more in my head and introverted and not as socialable. It does make my mind run like crazy tho for new thoughts. These thoughts arent always positive tho. Is weed supposed to give you positive thoughts? idk. its interesting what psychoactive things do to your mind. I wish it was more clear and studied and articulated better.
In Canada we have doctors that help answer all these questions and help you find strains right for you. Its incredible.
To answer though, a tolerance break should help with some of these issues. Weed isnt "supposed" to give you either positive or negative thoughts. Yes it will amplify thoughts though. I think a tolerance breaks helps weed attract more positive thoughts though. It works better afterall that way. The issue is when we cant control our useage.
