Anyone out there know if there is any custodial lightning wallets that offer a BOLT12 solution? I don't want to open my own channel but need a solution to receive payouts from OCEAN.

I believe Pheonix added support for BOLT12.

Yes but they don't allow you to add a description to a bolt 12 invoice unfortunately which is required for ocean payout setup
