I hope the mother loses the case tbh. I saw some screenshots and unlike the chatgpt 2 suicide years ago, there was no encouragement from the bot and from this article it shows that he had no delusions. The big question has to be why did he have access to his fathers loaded gun?
The more cases they lose now the more careful they will be in the future so there is a benefit to the general population. I'm all in favour
