The European Squash Federation embraces Bitcoin

The organization has become the first major sports federation in Europe to integrate Bitcoin into its operations.

It will hold bitcoin as an asset on its balance sheet, accept bitcoin donations using BTCPay Server and Blink, and "will facilitate the use of bitcoin for both incoming payments and outgoing transactions, wherever it is deemed appropriate."

The move was executed with the help of Norwegian Bitcoin consultancy firm SatoshiConsult.
