I really wish we could get it so that the steak looks like it's coming out of the chest pocket. Was having trouble with the places I tried

It's probably hard for the printing company to do that.

So maybe just a shirt with a huge steak on the back that says Grip it and Rip It above the steak and just says pocket steak on the front

I can help you with the design. Can do an image of the steak poking out of a pocket. The pocket will be part of the image.
