Just do cognitive behavioral reprogramming.
Your thoughts influence your emotions which influence your decisions and behaviour, which has consequences, which causes negative thoughts.
But you can control your thoughts, it just takes attention. Break the cycle.
Ask yourself why do I think that, does this resentment or anger or anxiety serve me?
Look inward. Accept the past and move on.
Focus on being mindful and remember how blessed you are, there is a refugee camp in Sudan with 30 thousand people and the children living there have never seen apples before those children eat oats, no milk, oats in hot water, for breakfast every day, providing by charities and volunteers.
Then for dinner each night, oats, in hot water.
Whenever you feel like god hates you or your life is bad just remember how privileged we actually are.
