In the fiat world I have to solve captachas, receive SMS codes, and jump through other hoops to convince the machine that I am human, that I am worthy of entry.
In the bitcoin world I scan a QR code or press "authorize" on a nostr extension.

That's the neat part, you don't have to.
Neither bitcoin nor nostr cares if you are human or not. All that the system requires of you is a valid signature.
The best way to fight spam is to make it costly, not to require government ID.
