The ice and snow have broken many branches from our trees. This lone elm in our pasture is bending as best it can but has lost a few.
14 F with windchill of -16 F.
Power was out for an hour or so but crews were able to restore a few minutes ago.
We have backup generator power if need be but didn’t have to fire it up this time.
Coffee is hot, family and animals are fed and wifey is napping on the couch.
