is there a 'master' client that I should be using to manage my relays? I'm trying to remove relays which are not allowing me to connect but deleting them is making no difference... is there a time lag or what am I doing wrong?

I was using listr first which seemed to create duplicates of the relay list instead of overwriting, then tried coracle and on page refresh the old relays would be back on
