I ran over 3 miles (5k) then did some jumping squats because I love myself 🙃😉.

I was going to run a lap then catch my breath for a few minutes and then do more laps like I did last time. @billcraven_healthandfitness videos inspired me to test my limits. 🏃🏻♂️
I pushed myself really hard during the first lap and came up with the idea to just keep running since that would mimic a race where I start strong and never let the competition catch up. 🏆🥇
