How long before Apple sues for trademark infringement?
Discussion
This would be an interesting case. It’s definitely protected parody under the 1st amendment as it’s clear they are poking fun at apple & its policies, the very group with the trademark. But trademark law has always had a weird exception to the first. But this puts these two in direct competition.
Maybe Snapple will embrace it
Since it's open source software, the name should be classified as parody under fair use.
they tried to trademark the letter i.
haha
Do they have a case? Would like a lawyer to shine in.
That's the beauty!
