Day 2 in Washington, DC, kicked off with a downpour and a tornado warning. Despite the weather, we made it to the Capitol and spent a few hours exploring the building, along with the nearby library and museums. This is our first time in Washington, DC, so we’re soaking in as much as we can, rain or shine.
