He presents his token on Solana as a "movement currency" rather than a traditional memecoin.

He sees the token as a tribute to hacktivist culture.

The fees earned via the token will be used to fund Cottle's ongoing legal battle, buy tokens for OG Anonymous and potentially create a fund for young hackers.

Cottle faces five years in prison for his alleged link to a Texas Republican Party data breach in 2021.
