Been noting since way back. Companies that aren’t bitcoin services and serve local economies rather than online sales are pretty invisible here, which is fine but for all the talk of how do we get normal users on nostr we get little traction.

I think we once had a person local comment before. Our customers are most likely very unfamiliar with anything bitcoin and nostr however. We have thought about making it a part of our company identity but small business is hard enough let alone trying to explain nostr to them.
Maybe offer some in person discounts if they comment on one of your notes?

Yeah if you use garden / plant related hashtags or words in your notes they will come up in the garden and growth DVM.
Posts looking good whilst visiting the profile; yet rarely I've seen them whilst scrolling live timeline... a matter of relays or geolocation maybe?

I don't see much use of hashtags. #growstr #nature #gardening and #garden all seem fairly active. Try incorporating those more. Plenty of active communities that aren't BTC or Nostr related here.
