Love waking up with no plan for the day but also can't help but feel nagging background pressure to do something with 3 days off work.
Don't get me wrong, I love a long weekend but also too many options and no schedule leaves me a tad anxious and unable to fully relax.
Might need to purposefully meditate for 15min in order to maintain some pseudo sense of control over it.
And what is "it"?
The "it" I'm referring to is literally nothing at all. So why do still feel unsettled when i should be effortlessly slipping into relaxation mode.
But i need a task.
